Amazing Private Beach and tucked away off Corporation Rd. is this quintessential 1920’s Cape Cod Cottage. Located on the bluff with extensive views of Cape Cod Bay from P-Town to the South Shore. The cottage itself is a 5 bedroom 3.5 bath antique structure that will transport you back to the days of old but with some modern amenities. 

The 1st floor has the Kitchen, dining area, and loads of living space along with a separate addition with a bedroom that has a bath and huge sitting area.  Also on the 1st floor is a separate wing with another sitting area with a bedroom and full bath. The 2nd floor has a Master Bedroom with private bath, 3 bedrooms and a full bath.

The house has exposed beans and wood floors and that “Olde Cape Cod” Charm. You will spend most of your time outside on the deck enjoying the most spectacular sun rises and sunsets that the Northside is famous for. If you want that simple summer vacation of relaxing on the beach and being away from the crowds then this is the rental for you.

Some amenities are Washer/Dryer, enclosed outside shower, microwave/convection oven, dishwasher, 2 refrigerators, separate ice maker internet, 3 TV’s, and cable to name a few. Oh ! and your pet is allowed with an added $100 pet fee, so call soon to book this new summer rental. All New windows installed last summer.
